I’ve found my new favourite setting powder. And girls, don’t hate me but I like it more than Laura Mercier loose powder! For the simple fact that it’s so finely milled – I haven’t come across a powder that gives such a flawless finish.
Chanel foundation broke me out badly in the past so I wasn’t sure about this purchase. Big risk well worth it. And here’s why…
I’ve gone off the ‘baking’ phase as it leaves my under eyes looking dry but with this powder it works so well because it looks so smooth after setting my concealer. I call this fairy dust because it honestly does magic to my under eyes.
The packaging is pretty as all Chanel products are. Sleek black and gold.
Although I don’t really use the powder puff supplied I think it’s a pretty touch and it’s very soft high quality. I will find a good use for it and experiment. There’s also loads and loads of product inside so it will last me a long time.
This has quickly become my holy grail setting Powder. It comes in a range of colours although I’m not sure about shades for darker skin (depending on how light you have your highlight).
If you’re going for a light, airbrushed look under your eyes, I recommend this powder. It’s amazing and well worth the purchase. This really is a high quality product.
My secret to smooth looking skin!
