Hi guys 💕
I’ve never seen Kiko as a high end brand even though I hadn’t tried them before I brought these products. I didn’t give them much attention and would always walk past their store. My trip to Kiko in Stratford changed my mind! Here’s a few things I got that I loved and didn’t really like…
Round Foundation Brush Face 05 – £14.90
This synthetic brush allows you build product seamlessly. It’s quite a stiff brush so it will give a foundation its fullest finish possible & doesn’t move product around on your face. I still go over my face with a beauty blender just to push it into my skin. I love this brush. It is a little bit too stiff for me, but it’s perfect for any full glam look. 9/10!
3D Hydra Lipgloss in colour 27 – £7.90
Who doesn’t love a sparkling pink gloss. This stuff has my lips popin’! Just in time for summer. I love the slight vanilla smell it has. Not too over baring but defiantly there. The silver and bronze flecks in this are so pretty. Defo my fave buy from Kiko. Definitely reminds me of the MAC lipglosses although it’s stay is not quite as long 10/10!
Lip Gloss Pencil in colour 07 – £3.90
I honestly picked up this product out of pure curiosity. I’ve never seen a Lipgloss pencil before. I do think the idea is creative but I would rather use the liquid formula of a lipgloss than a pencil. It feels almost like a balm. Honestly just didn’t like it but for its price I reckon it’s worth trying. 4/10!
High Pigment Wet & Dry Eyeshadow – £5.50
Can’t go wrong with a quick shimmery bronze eye in the summer. This stuff is highly pigmented, extra shimmery & so pretty! I will be going back to get more of these in brighter colours. Haven’t come across a good shadow in a while that I love. My fave buy from Kiko. 10/10!
Over all my trip at Kiko was successful. The prices are low. After getting a range of products and only spending £32, I think I’ve done well. From now on my eyes will be open for new Kiko products and I will be returning to their store.
